At Sony Latin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number until we notify you that your refund has been processed.
